Author's Notes: This story was written as part of a challenge over on Highlander 100 drabble community over on LiveJournal. This particular challenge had 10 screencaps from the series, which one had to write a scene based up, but said scene couldn't be based on the actual scene the screencap was from.
“Reparations”

It was a nerve-wrackingly slow process to separate each sheet and hang it to dry.
He still couldn’t believe Mac had been so careless. So interested in thrusting his tongue down Methos’ throat that he knocked the water bottle into the open dresser drawer. The drawer where MacLeod kept all the love letters he’d received over the centuries. From everyone.
Including himself.
He owed it to MacLeod to make some sort of reparations. And if he could manage to get this taken care of with a minimum of loss, even better. He rather liked Mac’s tongue where it had been.
